Whether I am keeping out her or she is expecting me, English teaching is becoming a demanding of my life eventually and becoming a powerful testimony to embody my value of woke and life.
A t first, I always felt shamed for my grammar weakness and lack of oral English, however, the persist in English told me to never give up. It is well said that:” Learning is the sources of knowledge and knowledge is the guide of learning.” I made the decision to enrich and equipment myself in the process of learning. It is my pleasure to have joined the training of primary English-teaching several times. Through the learning, I have broaden my horizon widely: teaching teachers’ cadent explaining; the fluent English dialogue between the teacher and students; the trenchant comments of the experts made me be filled with admiration and strengthen my confidence ,resolution and perseverance of doing well of English-teaching.
Though the example is good, following after a fashion is not sure to be successful. It is avoidable that there are some troubles and problems in the process of teaching, which will not damp down my enthusiasm to the English-teaching and I still pursuit my ever-lasting hope enduringly. Under the support of this belief, I raise my head and advance in the long journey of English-teaching and cultivate in the fertile soil of English-teaching.

I'm so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all. The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?
First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 2004, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends hel* * **rewell Party for me. They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 2008, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games. I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!
Time flied and 2 years passed. Now I am a graduate. My teachers and classmates always ask me: what's your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing. I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: I've fallen in love with Beijing! i always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. there are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. we can choose our favorite lessons to learn. we can spend more time doing some outside reading. the students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. we needn’t do a lot of homework. we are all happy to stay at school.

現(xiàn)階段,由于課堂時(shí)間緊等原因,教師講評(píng)試卷時(shí)只是簡(jiǎn)單地核對(duì)答案,僅僅對(duì)錯(cuò)誤率較高的練習(xí)題進(jìn)行講解。在這種情況下,英語試卷只是考核學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度的工具。
一、講評(píng)英語試卷一定要及時(shí)
根據(jù)小學(xué)課程的設(shè)置要求,小學(xué)生每周只有兩節(jié)英語課。如果學(xué)生在課堂完成練習(xí)后不能及時(shí)收到所做練習(xí)的反饋,那么學(xué)生至少要一周后才能得到練習(xí)的反饋。根據(jù)艾賓浩斯的記憶曲線原理,在這種情況下,學(xué)生再次面對(duì)試卷時(shí)已經(jīng)對(duì)做練習(xí)的情況毫無印象,那么講評(píng)試卷的效率將大打折扣。因此,教師講評(píng)英語試卷應(yīng)當(dāng)越早越好。在學(xué)生做練習(xí)的過程中,如果教師發(fā)現(xiàn)了普遍存在的問題,也可以馬上進(jìn)行講評(píng),特別是聽力部分。例如:學(xué)生完成了聽句子判斷正誤的題型后,只有教師及時(shí)講評(píng),學(xué)生才能在對(duì)所做練習(xí)還有印象的前提下反思自己的錯(cuò)因。
二、歸納考查要點(diǎn),避免“流水賬”
教師在講評(píng)試卷時(shí)大可不必逐題校對(duì)答案,只需抽取錯(cuò)誤率較高或是信息量較大的題目進(jìn)行講評(píng)。在講評(píng)試卷前,教師應(yīng)先對(duì)學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行歸納,統(tǒng)一講評(píng)同類型的錯(cuò)誤。如小學(xué)英語(閩教版第八冊(cè))單元練習(xí)(二)中,常見的錯(cuò)誤有大寫字母的應(yīng)用。在講評(píng)過程中,教師可先帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)要復(fù)習(xí)人名、地名、句子的首字母大寫等練習(xí),然后讓學(xué)生找出試卷中這類型的錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行糾正。這樣,有利于學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自我總結(jié)錯(cuò)誤的能力。在講評(píng)試卷的過程中,對(duì)于正確率較高的題目,教師則可以一語帶過。
三、舉一反三,提高趣味性,避免就事論事
教師在講評(píng)試卷時(shí)應(yīng)注意提高趣味性,如果只是單純地對(duì)答案、講解語言點(diǎn),那么講評(píng)試卷的過程將變得十分枯燥,這也適合小學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)的特點(diǎn)。因此,教師要用輕松的語氣分析學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤所在,可以通過轉(zhuǎn)換題型或是提出假設(shè)等方式激發(fā)學(xué)生的動(dòng)腦能力。例如:教師講評(píng)完閱讀短文填空題后,可以再追加幾道判斷題來檢測(cè)學(xué)生對(duì)短文的理解程度。如學(xué)生對(duì)于月份的單詞掌握不太熟練,教師在講評(píng)聽力部分的相關(guān)題型時(shí),可以順便復(fù)習(xí)12個(gè)月份的單詞,同時(shí)配合快節(jié)奏的操練來活躍課堂氣氛。
四、講評(píng)書寫應(yīng)當(dāng)展示正確寫法
教師對(duì)書寫格式的講評(píng)必須形象直觀。只有這樣,學(xué)生才能對(duì)自己寫錯(cuò)的地方一目了然。高年級(jí)學(xué)生大多已經(jīng)正確掌握了字母的書寫方法,教師只需展示正確寫法,讓學(xué)生課余時(shí)間自己訂正即可。
五、爭(zhēng)取一次完成講評(píng),根據(jù)時(shí)間限制安排講評(píng)
講評(píng)試卷畢竟是英語教學(xué)的一種輔助手段,不可本末倒置地過多占用文本教學(xué)時(shí)間?;谏衔奶岬降闹v評(píng)試卷的時(shí)效性問題,要求教師必須一次完成對(duì)一份試卷的講評(píng)。這就需要教師要安排好課堂結(jié)構(gòu),靈活運(yùn)用課堂富余的時(shí)間,用不同的方法進(jìn)行講評(píng)。如果只有十分鐘時(shí)間,教師可篩選一到兩個(gè)最有代表性的試題來講評(píng),再針對(duì)該題簡(jiǎn)單拓展。例如:學(xué)生在大寫字母的應(yīng)用上錯(cuò)誤率較高,其中the South Pole錯(cuò)誤率最高,教師可以在講評(píng)完這道題后讓學(xué)生舉一反三,這樣才能避免學(xué)生再出現(xiàn)類似的錯(cuò)誤。
