    1.體現(xiàn)學(xué)生在測(cè)試與評(píng)估中的主體地位

    學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)工作的對(duì)象是學(xué)生,如果沒(méi)有學(xué)生的積極參與,任何的教育活動(dòng)都無(wú)著落點(diǎn)。所以,在整個(gè)教學(xué)工作中,學(xué)生是教育的主體,教師在教育工作中起主導(dǎo)作用,其主導(dǎo)作用只有通過(guò)學(xué)生這個(gè)主體才能起作用。而測(cè)試與評(píng)估正是為教育工作服務(wù)的,它的參與也同樣離不開(kāi)學(xué)生,也就是說(shuō)在測(cè)試與評(píng)估活動(dòng)中,學(xué)生仍然是處于主體地位的。

    2.以形成性評(píng)估為主

    形成性評(píng)估是指對(duì)學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的表現(xiàn)、所取得的成績(jī)以及所反映出的情感、態(tài)度、策略等方面的發(fā)展做出評(píng)估。小學(xué)三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)課的主要任務(wù)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣和積極性,培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的自信心,使他們獲得成就感,為今后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)。形成性評(píng)估有利于激勵(lì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)。

    3.只口試,不筆試

    根據(jù)《 英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn) (實(shí)驗(yàn)稿)》小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的目標(biāo)要求,小學(xué)三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)課程屬于一級(jí)水平,其指導(dǎo)思想是“初學(xué)英語(yǔ),興趣第一”。所以,測(cè)試與評(píng)估時(shí)應(yīng)只口試,不測(cè)筆試。

    三、測(cè)試與評(píng)估的方式

    根據(jù)上面的原則,我們認(rèn)為小學(xué)三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)課程的測(cè)試與評(píng)估的方式可有如下三種:

    1.教師對(duì)學(xué)生的口試

    也就是說(shuō)教師根據(jù)“小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的目標(biāo)要求”,根據(jù)平時(shí)學(xué)生上課的實(shí)際情況對(duì)其進(jìn)行測(cè)試與評(píng)估。我們認(rèn)為可以將測(cè)試與評(píng)估分為兩大模塊,即聽(tīng)、做模塊和說(shuō)、唱、玩、演模塊(見(jiàn)附表)。根據(jù)“目標(biāo)描述”設(shè)計(jì)出至少兩套口試題,讓學(xué)生自己抽簽決定用哪一套,也可按座號(hào),如單號(hào)一套、雙號(hào)二套。

    2.小組互評(píng)

    即讓學(xué)生按座位分成小組進(jìn)行互相評(píng)價(jià)。要求本組的學(xué)生根據(jù)平時(shí)的上課情況,例如回答問(wèn)題,到講臺(tái)前表演、唱歌、與教師或同學(xué)的交流,以及做英語(yǔ)游戲等進(jìn)行評(píng)估,組長(zhǎng)做記錄。

    3.學(xué)生自我評(píng)估

    教師將教學(xué)要求印發(fā)給學(xué)生,要求學(xué)生根據(jù)自己上英語(yǔ)課時(shí)的各種表現(xiàn),進(jìn)行自我評(píng)估。我們認(rèn)為應(yīng)以第一種即教師對(duì)學(xué)生的口試為主,其余兩種形式為輔。

    四、測(cè)試與評(píng)估要注意的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題

    1.多樣性與靈活性相結(jié)合

    多樣性是指口試題型可準(zhǔn)備多套,靈活性是指學(xué)生對(duì)教師所指定的題目進(jìn)行口試后,對(duì)口試的結(jié)果感到不滿(mǎn)意時(shí),教師應(yīng)允許學(xué)生重新進(jìn)行口試。

    2.測(cè)試與評(píng)估應(yīng)以與平時(shí)的教學(xué)活動(dòng)相近的方式進(jìn)行

    測(cè)試與評(píng)估應(yīng)采取與相同或近似的方式進(jìn)行,以免學(xué)生臨考慌張不知所措,這樣必然影響其測(cè)試與評(píng)估的成績(jī)。

    3.不宜將英語(yǔ)成績(jī)進(jìn)行排隊(duì)

    不論是學(xué)校還是教師,在提倡素質(zhì)教育的今天,大家都在努力淡化考試的選拔功能。如果將學(xué)生英語(yǔ)成績(jī)進(jìn)行排隊(duì),張榜公布,并希望以此來(lái)激勵(lì)學(xué)生或作為各種評(píng)比的依據(jù),那么將極大地傷害學(xué)生的自尊心和自信心,對(duì)他們今后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)是有百弊而無(wú)一利的。

    三年級(jí)學(xué)生尚處于兒童時(shí)期,他們好活動(dòng)、愛(ài)表現(xiàn)、善模仿,對(duì)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)熱情較高。隨著對(duì)早期智力開(kāi)發(fā)的重視,人們對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣與日俱增,許多家長(zhǎng)都希望自己的孩子從小就接觸英語(yǔ),因此,他們中有些已經(jīng)初步的接觸過(guò)英語(yǔ)了,也有的是剛開(kāi)始學(xué),但是無(wú)一例外對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)有一種很強(qiáng)的好奇心,只是這種初步興趣極不穩(wěn)定的,兩三個(gè)月以后,有些學(xué)生便漸漸掉隊(duì)。我們?cè)撊绾未偈箤W(xué)生持久地保持學(xué)習(xí)興趣,為今后的學(xué)習(xí)打下一個(gè)扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)呢?現(xiàn)結(jié)合教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)淺談以下幾點(diǎn):

    一、三年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)狀況分析

    (一)就教學(xué)內(nèi)容來(lái)說(shuō),句子的正確認(rèn)讀和使用,音近形近單詞和字母的辨認(rèn)與書(shū)寫(xiě),都影響著三年級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)的自信心。

    (二)就學(xué)生本身來(lái)說(shuō),三年級(jí)個(gè)別學(xué)生還存在頑劣和懶惰傾向,上課愛(ài)搞小動(dòng)作、課下作業(yè)完成不及時(shí)的壞毛病,學(xué)習(xí)效率也較差,甚至有些學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了厭學(xué)情緒。久而久之,兩級(jí)分化現(xiàn)象日趨明顯。

    (三)由于家庭教育的不當(dāng)或缺失,有的家庭對(duì)孩子放任和寵愛(ài),學(xué)生在課堂上的表現(xiàn)往往是注意力不集中、學(xué)習(xí)興趣減退、學(xué)習(xí)情緒低落甚至厭學(xué)、棄學(xué)等,難以正常有效地完成學(xué)業(yè),久而久之便成為學(xué)習(xí)困難學(xué)生。

    二、小學(xué)三年級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的基本特點(diǎn)

    (一)以形象思維為主。

    三、三年英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的基本對(duì)策

    (一)教學(xué)手法要出新

    1.用思維吸引學(xué)生進(jìn)入情景。在三年級(jí)上冊(cè)第四單元教學(xué)中,What’s this?和What’s that?的區(qū)分成為一個(gè)重點(diǎn),也是一個(gè)難點(diǎn),學(xué)生在what's this和what's that這兩個(gè)句子運(yùn)用上混淆不清。教師可以在室內(nèi)走動(dòng),但重點(diǎn)要注意掌控提問(wèn)者與教師的距離的遠(yuǎn)近,同時(shí)請(qǐng)其他學(xué)生做裁判,聽(tīng)一聽(tīng)提問(wèn)學(xué)生有沒(méi)有用對(duì)this或that,在一次次地糾正中,學(xué)生不斷地比較不斷地思考,全體學(xué)生的注意力都集中在這兩個(gè)問(wèn)句的比較和運(yùn)用上,最終漸漸明白,物體離自己較近時(shí)要用”What’s this?”,物體離自己較遠(yuǎn)時(shí)要用”What’s that?”

    2.用多媒體吸引學(xué)生進(jìn)入情景。多媒體集圖形、文字、動(dòng)畫(huà)、聲音等為一體,帶給學(xué)生強(qiáng)烈的感官刺激,在教學(xué)三上第五單元What would you like?一課時(shí)尤為有效,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情緒非常高昂。

    3.用插圖吸引學(xué)生進(jìn)入情景。翻開(kāi)我們小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材,一幅幅色彩鮮明、生動(dòng)形象的插圖讓人興趣倍增。它為我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)提供了豐富的課程資源,也拓展了英語(yǔ)教師的教學(xué)視野。我們可以利用插圖,進(jìn)行師生對(duì)話(huà)問(wèn)答。讓孩子們?cè)诓鍒D的幫助下順風(fēng)順?biāo)乩斫庹Z(yǔ)境,理解句意。教師不斷地變幻呈現(xiàn)方式,一定會(huì)比傳統(tǒng)的單調(diào)的講授有更好的教學(xué)效果,更能提高課堂教學(xué)的有效性。

    (二)易混內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)化

    1.對(duì)話(huà)教學(xué)的點(diǎn)化。三年級(jí)學(xué)生還不太擅長(zhǎng)抽象思維,還不會(huì)運(yùn)用判斷、推理等思維形式,對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行歸納整理。為了提高英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的效果,對(duì)話(huà)教學(xué)的點(diǎn)化是我們老師要關(guān)注的事。要提高教學(xué)效果,教師有必要對(duì)一些對(duì)話(huà)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)狞c(diǎn)化,這是有效教學(xué)很重要的一環(huán)。

    2.字母教學(xué)的點(diǎn)化。從外形上看,拼音字母和英語(yǔ)小寫(xiě)字母有很大的相似之處,許多孩子在背誦拼音表或字母表時(shí)非常流暢,但單獨(dú)指認(rèn)某個(gè)拼音字母或英語(yǔ)字母時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生混淆,造成認(rèn)讀錯(cuò)誤。我們要從讀音上進(jìn)行字母的點(diǎn)化教學(xué),也可以借助兒歌進(jìn)行點(diǎn)化。

    3.形近單詞(字母)、音近單詞(字母)教學(xué)的點(diǎn)化。學(xué)生對(duì)“Gg”“Jj”兩個(gè)字母的讀音容易混淆,“Aa”、“Ii”、“Ee”、“Rr”這些字母的發(fā)音受漢語(yǔ)拼音的影響也很容易混淆。另外Qq、Kk、Ss、Xx、Cc也需要教師進(jìn)行特別的關(guān)注點(diǎn)化。在寫(xiě)法上EFLHTI fgj wvmn WVMN bdpq也很相似,種種音近和形近混淆在起,加大了三年級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的難度。教師在教學(xué)中應(yīng)針對(duì)這種情況加強(qiáng)這些字母的訓(xùn)練。

    課本中詞匯教材順序按單元編排出現(xiàn),沒(méi)有形成一定的規(guī)律。教師要及時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)這些重點(diǎn)詞匯進(jìn)行整理。

    (三)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)要激勵(lì)

    1.診斷性評(píng)價(jià)堅(jiān)持量體裁衣。診斷性評(píng)價(jià)是指在教學(xué)活動(dòng)開(kāi)始前,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的學(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備程度做出鑒定,以便采取相應(yīng)措施使教學(xué)計(jì)劃順利、有效實(shí)施而進(jìn)行的測(cè)定性評(píng)價(jià)。其作用主要是確定學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備程度,以便教師適當(dāng)安置學(xué)生。但是,在傳統(tǒng)的班級(jí)授課制里,一個(gè)教師要管四、五十位學(xué)生,一位英語(yǔ)老師甚至要管五、六個(gè)班級(jí),要實(shí)行因材施教幾乎是不可能的。但是我們可以進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整,向不同水平的學(xué)生提出不同的學(xué)習(xí)要求。

    2.形成性評(píng)價(jià)堅(jiān)持去繁就簡(jiǎn)。形成性評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)學(xué)生日常學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的表現(xiàn),在教學(xué)過(guò)程中通過(guò)教師觀察、座談、活動(dòng)記錄、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、學(xué)生自評(píng)、學(xué)生互評(píng)等形式對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為、學(xué)習(xí)能力、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和合作精神等進(jìn)行的持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)。誠(chéng)然,形成性評(píng)價(jià)能使學(xué)生明確學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中存在的問(wèn)題和改進(jìn)的方向,及時(shí)修改或調(diào)整活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,以期獲得更加理想的效果。我們可以適當(dāng)?shù)厝シ本秃?jiǎn),并將評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容量化。

    3.終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)堅(jiān)持百花齊放。終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)一個(gè)學(xué)段、一個(gè)學(xué)科教學(xué)的教育質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià),其目的是對(duì)學(xué)生階段性學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量做出結(jié)論性評(píng)價(jià)。但是一次又一次的分?jǐn)?shù)失利會(huì)使部分學(xué)生漸漸喪失了前進(jìn)的勇氣。我們要結(jié)合形成性評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)不同層次的學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果進(jìn)行肯定。

        筆者在教學(xué)中嘗試采用了以下幾點(diǎn)作業(yè)布置方法:

        (一)分層布置作業(yè)

        分層布置作業(yè)承認(rèn)個(gè)體差異,因材施教,“讓每個(gè)人的個(gè)性得到自由地發(fā)展”(馬克思)。因此,我們應(yīng)改全班統(tǒng)一,忽視個(gè)性差異的作業(yè)為層次性作業(yè)。教師在設(shè)計(jì)英語(yǔ)課外作業(yè)時(shí)要從學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),分上、中、下三個(gè)層次來(lái)設(shè)計(jì),考慮個(gè)別差異。值得一提的是,教師在布置作業(yè)時(shí),不能硬性規(guī)定哪些學(xué)生做哪類(lèi)作業(yè),否則會(huì)傷害學(xué)生的自尊心,挫傷學(xué)生積極性,要讓學(xué)生自主選擇,要讓每一位學(xué)生都感到“我能做,我會(huì)做,我想做”,從而體驗(yàn)成功的喜悅。這樣,作業(yè)內(nèi)容分層、數(shù)量分層、時(shí)間有短期和長(zhǎng)期之分,在內(nèi)容上安排較合理的梯度,讓具有不同層次的學(xué)生在基礎(chǔ)和能力上各得其所,而且不斷提高其層次,既調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性,又能激勵(lì)學(xué)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),關(guān)注了每位學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)和進(jìn)步。

        (二)動(dòng)手制作,激發(fā)興趣

        結(jié)合每次的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)程度,布置相應(yīng)的書(shū)面作業(yè)和口語(yǔ)作業(yè)。以往布置的作業(yè)基本上是抄抄寫(xiě),讀讀背背。但經(jīng)過(guò)第二次課的課前檢查來(lái)說(shuō),只有近三分之一的學(xué)生認(rèn)真對(duì)待書(shū)面作業(yè),而其余的三分之二學(xué)生只是為了完成作業(yè)而完成作業(yè)??谡Z(yǔ)作業(yè),家長(zhǎng)有時(shí)間在家督促學(xué)生的,完成效果基本沒(méi)有問(wèn)題。若家長(zhǎng)沒(méi)有時(shí)間督促,口語(yǔ)作業(yè)大部分學(xué)生只是應(yīng)付差事。筆者任教年級(jí)是小學(xué)三年級(jí),小學(xué)生從三年級(jí)開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),教材是外語(yǔ)教學(xué)與研究出版社的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)三年級(jí)起始使用第一冊(cè)、第二冊(cè)。第二冊(cè)書(shū)中出現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)二十六個(gè)字母學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)教研室規(guī)定講英語(yǔ)二十六個(gè)字母教學(xué)任務(wù)可以提前到第一冊(cè),開(kāi)學(xué)前一至兩周進(jìn)行。

        在教授英語(yǔ)二十六個(gè)字母后,利用課堂最后五至十分鐘可以讓學(xué)生大寫(xiě)字母與小寫(xiě)字母一起抄寫(xiě)練習(xí),熟悉書(shū)寫(xiě)筆畫(huà)、字母在四線(xiàn)三格中的位置、手寫(xiě)體與印刷體區(qū)分,課堂中進(jìn)行面批,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)糾正。家庭作業(yè)布置書(shū)面作業(yè)和口語(yǔ)作業(yè),不是簡(jiǎn)單的抄寫(xiě)字母,背字母。書(shū)面作業(yè):筆者在上課時(shí)拿出自己做出的字母卡片為例,請(qǐng)學(xué)生參照老師制作的卡片,在家制作字母卡,第二次課時(shí),在班中評(píng)選小小制卡員。第一次要求制作兩張卡,每人制作的字母不能一樣??ㄆ梢越Y(jié)合自己的愛(ài)好,創(chuàng)新制作,但一定要求畫(huà)四線(xiàn)三格。在制作過(guò)程中學(xué)生會(huì)想到自己的卡片要在班中評(píng)比,肯定會(huì)非常認(rèn)真的書(shū)寫(xiě)自己負(fù)責(zé)的兩個(gè)字母卡片??谡Z(yǔ)作業(yè):把自己制作的字母卡上的字母給家長(zhǎng)教讀。

        (三)繪畫(huà)形象記憶

        筆者在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中只是簡(jiǎn)單的布置,抄寫(xiě)單詞、讀單詞、背單詞。在檢查作業(yè)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn),單詞的字母拼寫(xiě)出錯(cuò)較多,讀單詞、背單詞的學(xué)生只能達(dá)到三分之一或三分之二。完成的效率很低。結(jié)合此種情況,筆者將書(shū)面作業(yè)布置改為抄寫(xiě)單詞,講英語(yǔ)作業(yè)本,折四下。一行抄寫(xiě)四個(gè)單詞。第一行抄寫(xiě)單詞小寫(xiě)字母,第二行抄寫(xiě)單詞大寫(xiě)字母,學(xué)生再抄寫(xiě)過(guò)程中就會(huì)不斷地看字母的大小寫(xiě)和拼寫(xiě)。這樣既復(fù)習(xí)了英語(yǔ)字母書(shū)寫(xiě)又熟悉了英語(yǔ)單詞拼寫(xiě),而且書(shū)寫(xiě)的作業(yè)很少學(xué)生認(rèn)為對(duì)他們簡(jiǎn)單,就會(huì)認(rèn)真對(duì)待。以單詞“milk”為例,第一行寫(xiě)milk,寫(xiě)四遍。第二行在對(duì)應(yīng)milk的下面寫(xiě)milk??谡Z(yǔ)作業(yè):將家里的物品標(biāo)注英語(yǔ)單詞。以牛奶為例,學(xué)生可以在牛奶向上用彩筆寫(xiě)單詞milk 和milk給家長(zhǎng)說(shuō)說(shuō)自己今天學(xué)習(xí)了那些單詞。在第二次英語(yǔ)課的時(shí)候可以帶來(lái)一些便于攜帶的物品,有些不便于攜帶的物品,可以請(qǐng)學(xué)生畫(huà)出圖形,標(biāo)注對(duì)應(yīng)的英語(yǔ)單詞,給同學(xué)們展示他標(biāo)注物品的英文名稱(chēng)并且給同學(xué)說(shuō)說(shuō)自己標(biāo)注的是什么單詞、什么意思,在班級(jí)中評(píng)選小小翻譯員。這種方法技能復(fù)習(xí)單詞、字母的書(shū)寫(xiě)、拼寫(xiě)、朗讀、漢意,同時(shí)可以使學(xué)生在家中完成英語(yǔ)作業(yè)的興趣得以提高,并能將所學(xué)習(xí)的美術(shù)知識(shí)與英語(yǔ)知識(shí)相互結(jié)合運(yùn)用。

        在單詞書(shū)寫(xiě)作業(yè)布置過(guò)程中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)有學(xué)生單詞抄寫(xiě)的準(zhǔn)確率逐步提高,記憶單詞有所進(jìn)步,但不能準(zhǔn)確說(shuō)出中文意思。即:讀單詞、知道如何拼寫(xiě),不知道中文意思。根據(jù)此現(xiàn)象,在作業(yè)布

    置時(shí),單詞抄四遍,在第一個(gè)單詞下面漢意寫(xiě)一遍、第二個(gè)到第四個(gè)單詞之間,用圖形表示抄寫(xiě)單詞的漢語(yǔ)意思。在作業(yè)批改過(guò)程中和與學(xué)生交流過(guò)程中,我發(fā)現(xiàn)更為喜歡運(yùn)用圖形表示單詞意思,而且單詞漢意記憶效果明顯提高。更形象更生動(dòng),記憶更深刻。
